Does AgileArc Hub replace my current EA tool?
No — and that's the point. AgileArc Hub sits on top of your existing repository (Archi, ARIS, BiZZdesign, Sparx EA, MEGA HOPEX, LeanIX, and others) and adds the governance, analytics, and bilingual reporting layer that those tools don't provide. Your modeling stays where it is.
How does the integration with existing EA tools work?
AgileArc Hub connects via standard interfaces — ArchiMate Model Exchange, REST APIs, and direct repository connectors where supported. Metadata is synced bidirectionally on a schedule you control, with no disruption to your existing modeling workflow.
Where is my data hosted?
AgileArc Hub is designed for in-region deployment. Production tenants are hosted on sovereign infrastructure inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Qatar, with on-premises options available for entities with stricter data residency requirements.
Which frameworks are supported at launch?
AgileArc Hub ships natively aligned to TOGAF (ADM phases A–H, content metamodel), NORA 2.0 (Saudi National Overall Reference Architecture), TBM (Technology Business Management), and GEA (Government Enterprise Architecture). Custom frameworks and extensions are supported via the framework editor.
Is the platform truly bilingual?
Yes. AgileArc Hub is built bilingual end-to-end — model annotations, governance workflows, board reports, and the user interface itself all switch between full Arabic (with native RTL layouts) and English. Reports are generated in either or both languages from the same source of truth.
